Step into the stillness of the forest and gather in a cozy yurt for an intimate evening of deep healing and connection.
We'll begin with Yin Yoga, a slow, grounding practice that activates the deeper layers of connective tissue, gently opening the body and inviting emotional release.
Following yoga, you'll be guided into a Sound Bath—a meditative journey where sound frequencies from crystal bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, realigning your energy, calming the nervous system, and restoring inner balance.
This unique combination of yoga and sound therapy helps reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and support your body’s natural healing processes.
