About this Event
Start your Sunday with a mindful yoga practice surrounded by the sights and sounds of Loveland Youth Gardener's farm. Yoga instructor Kearstyn Keller will lead this session, and you are welcome and encouraged to stay for a tour of the farm, complete with chicken coop and apiary.
We are located south of the Boys & Girls Club playfield - look for the orange shade sails. Please bring a yoga mat, sunscreen, and water.
Meet Kearstyn, a local yoga instructor and creative who has a passion for sharing yoga and empowering others through movement and mindfulness. Kearstyn has been practicing yoga since 2013. In 2020, she discovered a shift in her practice that inspired her to get certified and start teaching. Alongside yoga, she is passionate about storytelling through acting, writing, and directing. She also finds joy in anything outside, going on new adventures, and cooking and sharing meals with others. Her teaching style embodies her creative spirit and her classes offer a variety of options for the beginner and seasoned yogi. Her classes integrate breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and encourage and support each yogi’s individual journey and creative expression. Her highest goal is to help those experiencing imbalance unite their body/mind/spirit through yoga and movement, guiding them toward empowerment and freedom on their journey to their highest, true self. She can't wait to meet you and flow together at the farm!
