Surrender into savasana as crystals and gentle sound therapy deepen your relaxation and awaken your creative spark.
Afterward, nourish your senses with delicious chakra-inspired treats like spiced orange cacao and vibrant snacks designed to connect you with the element of water, while reflecting on thoughtful journaling prompts.
