Heart led outdoor WEEKLY expressive dance & connection classes held on beautiful Hopukiore (Mount Drury summit) by Tarina from Heart Flow. Surrounded by Pohutukawa trees with views of the ocean. Drawing on my Nia dance training, varied experiences with movement medicine and intuitive movement, these classes will be a mix of facilitator led movement and expressive dance where you are encouraged to embrace your own natural rhythm. Each week there will be a different focus with songs and movement thoughtfully chosen to connect us to our own bodies way and to come together for connection.

***Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel ***
Casual rate: $15 cash or bank transfer on the day
Concession: 5 classes for $65
***To celebrate our last session for the year please bring a small plate of finger food to share and your togs if you want to join for a swim before our morning tea *** I will bring some refreshments and treats too xox
