Join us on Saturday, April 26th at 10am at CoreLife Cool Springs for Flow & Bowl. This is a free community mat pilates class with Club Pilates Cool Springs. The class will be outside on the patio from 10-10:45am and then everyone can head inside following the class for 50% off an entree!
Club Pilates will help you build core strength and flexibility through exercises that build muscle and tone the body. We provide a warm and friendly environment where every “body “ is welcome!!!
