Welcome to Flow & Bloom Vancouver!
Join us for a unique and visceral experience at The Scotiabank Dance Centre, to nurture your mind, body, and soul.

What is Flow & Bloom?
This in-person event for adults is designed to help you harness delightful flow states through laughter, movement, breathwork, guided meditation, lighthearted and deep conversations, and joyful dance. By the end of the workshop, we will leave you glowing like a million stars!

Offerings & Benefits
First half (30 minutes) - Mind, body, heart reset

• Pulse check & gratitude as ice-breaker
• Movement for heart rate variability & endorphin release
• Guided meditation for subconscious rewiring
• Sound frequencies for cellular recalibration
• Breathwork for nervous system regulation

Second half (30 minutes) - Connection & Community building

• Breakouts & soulful conversations for heart alchemy
• Joyful dance for integration

Know before you go

• Please bring a mat, a bottle of water, but most importantly, bring your childlike energy, curiosity, wonder, excitement, and your big, beautiful heart!
• Shoes are not allowed once inside the studio. Please bring a shoe bag, and place it on the mats provided inside/outside the studio

• Marcuse Studio, Level 7

Check-in & check-out

• Please arrive 15 minutes early, and I will receive you at the reception
• You will be asked to sign in at the reception upon arrival
• We will ride the elevator to the 7th floor to the Marcuse Studio studio
• If you arrive earlier, you may sign in and wait in the dancer's lounge on Level 5
• Entry to the studio is allowed only 5 minutes before the event
• At the time of leaving, you will be required to sign out at the reception
• If you are delayed for any reason, please meet us at the studio after signing in
