ITINERARY
DAY 1
Arrival & Check-In (9–10 AM): Begin your day with a warm welcome. Check in, drop off your bags, and prepare for the day ahead.
Morning Paddle boarding Adventure: Head to the lake as a group for a 3-hour immersive paddle boarding session. Designed for beginners but suitable for all levels, the lesson is led by an
experienced guide. Learn the basics, improve your skills, or simply enjoy being on the water.
Midway through, pause to take in the tranquil surroundings with a warm drink and snack
provided.
Picnic & Free Time: After the activity, enjoy a delicious picnic made with locally sourced treats.
Whether you choose to eat by the water, explore the area, or relax back at your accommodation,
the afternoon is yours to enjoy.
Evening Barbecue & Fire Pit Gathering: As the evening draws in, savour a delicious barbecue around the fire pit. This is a chance to connect with others or simply relax in the serene atmosphere under festoon lights and a starry sky.
Yoga & Sound Bath Session: End your day with a calming yoga session designed to stretch and release tension in both the body and mind. Following this gentle practice, immerse yourself in a
soothing sound bath—a deeply relaxing experience where the vibrations of crystal bowls and other harmonic instruments guide you into a meditative state. This session is the perfect way to
wind down, bringing your body and mind into harmony and preparing you for a restful night ahead
Accommodation & Evening Relaxation: Return to your chosen accommodation to wind down for the night. If staying in a Shepherd Hut, your pre-warmed hot tub will be ready for you to enjoy, perhaps with a glass of wine under the stars.
DAY 2
Morning Wellness & Farewell: Start your day with a hearty breakfast hamper featuring fresh, locally sourced produce. Enjoy it at your own pace as you take in the morning tranquillity.
Morning Yoga: Stretch, revitalise, and energise with a morning yoga session to prepare you for the week ahead.
Check-Out: Depart feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to carry a little wellness back into your daily life
Important bits to note:
A £75 deposit is required to secure your place. After you've paid your deposit, complete the boking form, letting us know what accommodation type you require and we'll send an invoice for the remaining balance, that will be due 6 weeks prior your departure date.
