At 6:15pm the doors will open for anyone who wants to allow space to settle in, network before we begin our sacred yoga flow at 7pm, followed by high frequency sound healing where you will end the evening in total relaxation.

Lara Gould is a certified sound healer and wellness facilitator based in Fort Lauderdale. After spending years in fast-paced creative industries chasing deadlines and managing chaos, she experienced the deep exhaustion of burnout. Sound healing became the practice that finally allowed her to slow down and reconnect - the resonance of crystal bowls helping her body remember what it meant to feel safe, grounded, and whole again.
