Experience a transformative 1-day retreat on 21 acres of stunning farmland with an invigorating Journey of Ra practice, weaved into micro flows of Yin and Vinyasa (all levels welcome), and a peaceful riverside meditation.
Connect with the land through a guided mindful harvesting tour as we gather a few ingredients to add to our farm-to-table brunch together. This retreat is your invitation to slow down, move with intention, and nourish yourself from the inside out while supporting Ayeko farm and the Union Cultural Center.
