Intermediate-Advanced Skill Level, class is geared towards training professional dancers

DONATION RECOMMENDED: $5-20

Class will begin with a mindfulness practice which will lead into guided improvisation, encouraging you to explore your own movement vocabulary and warm up your body. The class progresses through released based floorwork and across the floor with exercises. The class will end with a longer combination using concepts explored throughout class within phrase work.
