A Mini Retreat ~ Yoga & Soundbath at the Folkendt Farm
Join us for an evening of nourishing your mind, body, and spirit with transformational guides Bethany Clague & Yancey Folkendt.
Upon arrival, hydrate with a refreshing lavender & citrus elixir & then take a dip in the pool to cool down. Enjoy fresh fruits from the farm, meditate, wander the grounds, or commune with like minded people as you settle into the evening.
Let tension melt away as we soften into our body with a gentle yoga flow.
Meditate to the sounds of nature and feel the warmth of connection as you invite in the serenity of this space.
Relax into your savasana floating to the sound of alchemy crystal bowls and finally, let the gong take you into the cosmos.
