đ±About the Gathering
What does it mean to truly flourishânot just to feel good, but to do good, to live with presence, and to honor the sacredness of being alive? This session explores flourishing through three intertwined lenses: doing good, being present, and living with conscious care.
Together, weâll reflect on insights from Barbara Fredrickson, Thich Nhat Hanh, James Clear, Jane Goodall, Sam Harris, the Buddha, and others. These voices will serve as catalysts for a rich, grounded conversation about what it means to thrive in a complex world.
Expect a space that is thoughtful, welcoming, and deeply human.
