About this Event

Since Day 1, the impact of our Flourishing Tribe has been profound. We have seen the reality of our Flourishing Vision fulfilled again and again with so many changed lives, empowered people, and thriving teams. People have been healed, non-profits have been lifted, and businesses have bloomed.

Within Flourishing overall, our vision has always been to scale our Flourishing movement for impact in non-profits, for-profits, government, education, and ultimately, culture. And within Flourishing Workplace, our mission has always been Changing The World By Changing The Workplace. From the beginning, we knew that we could only accomplish all of that if we PARTNER and synergize, and PROVIDE opportunities for change makers, dream-weavers, committed partners, and engaged investors to PRODUCE a leadership & mental wellbeing platform that can change the world.

Every movement has inflection points. An inflection point is an event that results in a significant change in the progress of a company, industry, sector, economy, or geopolitical situation and can be considered a turning point after which a dramatic change, with either positive or negative results, is expected to result. Within Flourishing, we are at the most profound inflection point on our journey together. The good news is that this inflection point for us is not only the most PROFOUND, but the most POSITIVE. It is not only SIGNIFICANT, but it literally SETS US UP for long-term SUCCESS.
