What a way to spend a weekend, 9:30-4:30 on Sat & Sun, 3/29-30/25.
The is bringing LA's to Northern Virginia so that 15 in-person students can deep-dive into Copperplate flourishes. Nina will help us learn how they are made, how to practice them, what standard rules to follow and when to break them. We will learn tried-and-true flourishes as well as how to formulate our own.

Graceful and decorative flourishes are a sure way to add interest and energy to Copperplate's capital letters, but their formation can be enigmatic, elusive, and even intimidating. When you study in person with Nina Tran, you'll learn the right way to handle pointed-nib pens, create elegant flourishes and practice productively.
