Being pregnant in our fast-paced world, with its endless competing demands, means it is easy to lose sight of your glowing true essence. Prioritising time to prepare your mind, body and soul, and learning how to connect to your body and birthing power is essential before birth and will activate your joy!
A divine Retreat Day for any Pregnant Mama to flourish in Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond. Regardless of how you may be planning to birth, this retreat is for you, so you feel good on your pregnancy journey and move into your birth feeling calm, relaxed and empowered.
Join us for a day of connection, inspiration and relaxation, helping you prepare physically, mentally and spiritually for birth. The space will be hosted by 2 expert birth workers & Mamas themselves - a Consultand Midwife and a Birth Empowerment Coach who understand where you are at, and wish to help you navigate the best possible path forward.
We have created a programme based on over 30 years of experience, we will guide and support you through these six pillars over the day, leaving you feeling relaxed, energised and in your power...
