Dallas Movement Collective hosts free-form movement practices devoted to liberating the body, mind and heart. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover your own intuitive movement and meet your body’s natural wisdom.
We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.

What to Expect: This is a drug and alcohol free event. Our medicine here is dance, music, community, connection, and cacao. All are welcomed. This is a sacred space to connect with your magical, mysterious nature through movement and stillness.

Guidelines:
No talking on the dance floor.
Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment.
No photos or videos. Cellphones muted and out of sight.
Respect for the space and one another.
Move your body however feels natural.
Consent is key: If you don’t wish to dance with someone, place your hands in prayer at your heart to thank them.
What to Bring:
✨ Dress comfortably for movement and stillness. Layers are helpful.
✨ A water bottle (Rain Fresh Water provided on site)
