The ERBE will have you breathing with the elements to achieve a deep meditative state that will allow you to raise your vibration, connect with yourself, find clarity, and heal your heart.

Following will be an integrative sound journey with Carol of Sound Resonance to connect you deeper to your inner knowing. In the soundscape, you are supported to integrate your breathwork session and to find peace and inner union.

What to bring:
Comfortable mat to lay upon, blankets, pillows, eye mask, water and a grounding snack.
Doors close at 6pm promptly and no one will be admitted once closed. No refunds will be given due to lack of attendance.
