This powerful practice, known as the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience (ERBE), takes participants on a deep, intentional breathing journey designed to:

Part II: Integrative Sound Journey with Carol of Sound Resonance
Following the breathwork, sink into a deeply immersive sound healing experience guided by Certified Sound Healer and group facilitator, Carol of Sound Resonance.
This sound journey is designed to harmonize your energy and deepen your connection to your intuition and inner self.
