This is a two part workshop that begins with breathwork and flows into an integrative sound journey.
Guided Breathwork:
The session begins with Elemental Rhythm Breathwork with Luce of Alchemy Healing Within.
The Elemental Rhythm
Breakthrough Experience (ERBE) is a deep breathing journey taking the participant through an impactful and profound experience.
The ERBE will have you breathing with the elements to achieve a deep meditative state that will allow you to raise your vibration, connect with yourself, find clarity, and heal your heart.

Following will be an integrative sound journey with Certified Sound Healer and group facilitator, Carol of Sound Resonance. The intention is to connect you deeper to your inner knowing. Luce will be joining Carol to deliver a powerful and impactful sound journey!

What to bring:
Comfortable mat to lay upon, blankets, pillows, eye mask, water and a grounding snack.
Doors close at 6pm promptly and no one will be admitted once closed. No refunds will be given due to lack of attendance.
