Do you need space and time to allow yourself to simply be? To slow down and to reconnect with yourself and reconnect in sisterhood? Does it feel like you've lost part of yourself in this journey and you're longing to find her again? Then join us for Flourish, a half-day retreat. You'll be guided through practices you can introduce back into your life that will leave you feeling more empowered, joyful, and focused. Flourish will be both fun and tender; woo and practical; quiet introspection and igniting your voice. It will be everything you want, and more than you ever knew you needed.
Specifically, we will focus on these three areas:
Desire & Wants: learn how to name and claim what you want by getting more attuned with the joy and delights in your life. We've been taught to make this hard, and do dismiss our greatest desires. That en-d- n at Flourish.
Intention Session: There is immense value in being intentional with your days. I will guide you to clarity on how to set your intentions daily.
Self-Concept: What we say about ourselves matters significantly in our pursuit of living an intentional life. You will be guided through a visualization that will help you cultivate bold "I am" statements to start living from today.
We will start the session with a nourishing Pilates class taught by Nicole Panko from Ember. Please dress in comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothes, and bring a yoga/Pilates mat if you have one. There are some available for use at Ember, if you do not have one.
