"Join Bud as he takes you back in time to Oakland Park and nearby Fort Lauderdale, where he was born and grew up, graduating from Stranahan High School in 1952. He was blessed to live in an area that would become paradise for millions of people. The mostly rural expanse of coastla Broward COunty was a place for Bud to be part of many unforgettable adventures and experiences with friends and family that can never be duplicated. Bud is a wonderful storyeteller, and he uses detailed, descriptive writing that will transport you back to a similar time during his youth.
