On February 9, Opus 327 will celebrate the music of Florence Price, a significant African-American composer of the 20th century. The program will include a lecture with Bill Farina, author of the recently published Florence Price: The Life, Compositions and Influence of a Black American Composer (McFarland & Company). The lecture will be accompanied by organ works presented by Meg Cutting, recently appointed organist at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
