Flora's Walk For Perinatal Mental Health - Team Muskoka

The Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative (CPMHC) holds a walk annually for World Maternal Mental Health Day. Join us for the first Flora's Walk in Bracebridge at the beautiful Morrison Meadows Park! Bring your friends and family.
Flora's Walk is named after Flora Babakhani, a Canadian mother who died due to postpartum psychosis. More than 20% of women experience a perinatal mood disorder (PMAD).
Let's walk, spread awareness, raise money to support local moms/parents, have fun with the kids and enjoy some games with EarlyOn!
75% of the proceeds will go towards local perinatal mental health support and education programs in Muskoka. The remaining 25% funds the CPMHC's national advocacy efforts.
Silent Auction Prizes:
2 pairs of weekend Tall Pines passes (featuring City and Colour), yoga/ fitness passes, ski lift ticket vouchers, & FridaMom birth recovery gift basket (worth $240), and two Northern Escapades Mini Putt Family Fun Packs.
