Welcome to Flora's Walk! A national fundraiser dedicated to raising funds and awareness for perinatal mental health.
This walk was created in memory of Flora, a Canadian mother, who lost her life in 2022 to undetected, undiagnosed and untreated Postpartum Psychosis.
We walk for Flora and every other mother who has struggled to recieve the appropriate care during pregnancy and postpartum.
Did you know?
Postpartum depression and anxiety affects 1 in 5 women and 1 in 10 men!
Postpartum Psychosis affects 1 to 2 women out of every 1000 deliveries!
This year, our goal is to raise $30,000!
70% of the funds raised stays in our community to support a preventative perinatal mental health strategy and a moms’ support group run by Caroline Miller and Carolyn Marshall.
