About this Event
What can I expect in class?
Class begins with a dynamic warmup and full body stretch. Then, floorwork technique and conditioning. The majority of class focuses on a routine of choice - the song for class will be marked in title of the event!
Please be on time so that you can take advantage of the full warm up!
What to wear?
Anything you can move and feel sexy in. Feel free to come in sweatshirt/sweatpants or lingerie!
What do I need to bring?
Kneepads are highly recommended. We won't need them in every class but it is a good idea to keep them on hand.
That, and water!
What kind of heels do I need?
Stiletto heels with good ankle support are recommended. Many dancers order dance heels from www.Burjushoes.com :)
Platform heels, like these - https://pleasershoes.com - are fun to play with in class too!
If you prefer not to wear heels - no problem! - socks are also a great option ( knee-high socks are awesome).
Are beginners welcome?
Of course! Some choreographies are more difficult than others, more advanced classes will be specifically marked INT/ADV. Modifications for more difficult movements are always offered.
