This is a 1.5 hour long workshop where we will be learning a saucy floor based choreo.
No pre-requisites required to attend this class & can wear ANYTHING that makes you feel your seggsy self, just bring along kneepads!
Once we have learnt the choreo, we'll turn the lights down & dance like no ones watching
Heels are welcome if you'd like to wear them - no pressure though.

*Shoes must be specifically designed for aerial arts, such as Pleasers or Hella Heels.
Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time & wait in the hallway until the instructor advises you to enter the studio. To ensure safety, all students must participate in a thorough warmup & if you miss the first 5 minutes of class you will be turned away - no exceptions.
