� Introducing something rather special!!!!! � Our latest class - The Floating soundbath!!!
Join us for a wonderfully relaxing time as you float around the pool on big air beds… don’t worry you don’t need to be in swimwear if you don’t want to, and you don’t get wet, (maybe just your feet)
We will then guide you into some deep relaxing breathing and meditation before the sounds of the bowls, gong and chimes send you off into deep relaxation whilst you drift along the water.
The spaces are very limited and it is on a first come first served basis.

Please note this is unsuitable for pregnant ladies, those with heart problems, any cancer treatment or diagnosis, deep brain implants, epilepsy, vertigo, screws or implants (please check with me) recent head injury, trauma or whiplash.
