✨🌙 Floating Sound Bath Workshop — A Unique Journey into Deep Rest 🌙✨
Imagine being gently cradled in a soft aerial silk hammock, floating above the ground, as waves of soothing sound wash over your entire being.
Join me for a special 2-hour floating sound bath workshop — an invitation to rest, release, and reconnect with yourself on a deep level.
You’ll have the option to relax in one of 9 aerial yoga hammocks or settle onto one of 5 mats on the ground if you prefer to stay more rooted. The hammocks allow your body to fully let go, easing tension in the spine and joints, supporting circulation, and calming the mind — many describe it as feeling like being held in a soft cocoon.
During the sound bath, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative soundscape using my shamanic drum, crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Native American flute and my own voice. Sound healing can help reduce stress, soothe anxiety, release emotional blockages, and leave you feeling lighter and more balanced.
Afterwards, you’ll have time to reflect and gently come back to earth over a cup of herbal tea, lovingly prepared to support your relaxation and integration. Please bring a cup for your tea!
✨ I will be there to guide you safely in and out of the hammocks, and I am fully insured — so you can feel completely supported throughout your experience.
There are 15 spaces in total — 9 hammocks and 6 mats — so you can choose the option that feels best for you.

Please do not arrive before 7pm as I have accounted for time to get settled on the mats and into the hammocks in the workshop 🙏🏼
