1. A single sized pool mattress is highly recommended for ultimate comfort & relaxation! An alternative option would be pool noodles.
2. Eye Mask with head strap (if desired)
3. Bathing suit (or shorts & t-shirt)
4. Towel
5. Blanket (if using a mattress)
5. Water bottle
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join Jessica from "Autumn Moon Holistic Wellness" for a private (Certified) Floating Sound Bath Meditation at the "Best Western Plus Perth Parkside Inn & Spa"
Float your worries away in a cozy 85 degree serene pool with natural room lighting in a quiet therapeutic space!
(Optional: there are a few spaces available for sitting in the hot tub)
This unique (1 hour) gathering will be for holding space for inner reflection & full body relaxation guided by the gentle flow of water, meditation, sound & vibration! We will begin with a breath & body meditation while tuning into the sounds of nature to allow the nervous system to settle and the mind to find peace as you begin to drift away. Followed by a guided sound bath meditation to fully immerse in the sounds & vibrations from various sound healing instruments (crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs etc) to encourage harmony, balance & peace within the mind, body & soul!
****This is a sound bath meditation where you will be floating in a pool for 1 hour. Please be sure you bring a floating device to support your body and keep your head above water so that you will be as comfortable as possible! Please ensure you arrive in enough time to change, fill out the consent form and get settled as the meditation will begin at 1:30pm sharp****
