1. Either a (floatable single size pool mattress, sturdy pool noodles, or any (approved) single size floatable device that will allow you to float comfortably with your body safely supported and your head above water).
2. Eye Mask if desired.
3. Bathing suit (or shorts & t-shirt)
4. Towels

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Join Jessica from "Autumn Moon Holistic Wellness" for a (Certified) Guided Floating Sound Bath Meditation at "Perth & District Pool"
This unique (1 hour) event will be for holding space for inner reflection & full body relaxation guided by the gentle flow of water, meditation, sound & vibration. We will begin with a breath & body meditation while tuning into the sounds of nature to allow the nervous system to settle and the mind to find peace as you begin to drift away. Followed by a guided sound bath meditation to fully immerse in the sounds & vibrations from various sound healing instruments (crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs etc) to encourage harmony, balance & peace within the mind, body & soul!
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation and self-care. It works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and slowing down the brainwaves for a relaxed dream like state (the opposite of the stress flight or fight response). Research has shown that sound healing can provide therapeutic relief from stress & anxiety, physical pain, poor sleep, high blood pressure & more!
(This is a sound bath meditation where you will be floating in a pool for 1 hour. Please be sure you bring a floating device to support your body and keep your head above water. Please ensure you will be as comfortable as possible!)
