- Best to BYOPump (inflate w/ auto attachment or use outlets inside pool room)
Get ready to dream big, again! You're invited to the wonderful world of deep relaxation with therapeutic sounds on beautifully scenic and serene Crispin Pool at Oglebay Resort.
IMPORTANT! Event is BYOBed: Bring your own air mattress (Any size / Walmart, Amazon, etc $15-25) and BYOPump. Our assistants can help. Electric outlets also available.
No experience needed. We'll help everyone on and off the water, so you can stay safe, dry, and cozy. Folks who are nervous or not strong swimmers will be positioned in the shallow end.
Please bring a blanket, pillow, and towel. Dress comfortably. Our aim is to stay warm and dry.
What is a Sound Bath? Simply resting, while live music from specifically chosen instruments washes over us. Most folks get super comfy and settle in to rest, while our musical host gently guides meditation and relaxation, playing a variety of modern & ancient instruments with specific frequencies and tones scientifically proven to positively affect our body and brain on a cellular level. So cool!
