Floating Meditation offers a rare chance to completely unplug - no phones, no requests, no responsibilities. Just 60 minutes of weightless calm where you can reset your stressed nervous system and emerge feeling like yourself again. Because sometimes the strongest thing you can do is pause and recharge.You'll be cocooned in aerial hammocks, gently swaying as you're guided through a calming meditation. To enhance your experience, a soothing sound bath will play throughout, using vibrations and frequencies to help deepen your relaxation and promote healing. Each participant will also receive soothing foot reflexology, designed to relieve tension and restore energy. This class is your sanctuary for mind and body renewal.

$50 investment
A minimum of 4 participants is required for class to be held. If we do not reach our minimum, class will be cancelled. Your reservation can either be refunded or switched to a different day.
