A deep nourishment to the nervous system where you rock your nervous system into a state of relaxation fully guided. No asanas/workout- just come to reset .
Float gently as you`re supported by soft fabric and guided through a meditative journey into deep rest and stillness.
What is the Event All About?
This session is designed to offer participants a nervous system reset - breathing in awareness, calming the body, clearing the mind, and bringing a deep sense of ease through floating hammocks.
Who Is It For?
It is ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation- regulation, stress relief, mental rejuvenation. Its perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike who are looking to unwind, release and reconnect with themselves.
Dress Code
Wear any comfortable clothing that will help you relax on the hammocks. Socks are optional.
We have a changing room on site (no showers).
Other things to keep in mind
You can eat atleast 2 hours before the session. We have filtered water at the studio. please feel free to bring your own water bottle.
