What is the Event All About?
This session is designed to offer participants a nervous system reset - breathing in awareness calming the body clearing the mind and bringing a deep sense of ease through floating hammocks.
Who Is It For?
It is ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation- regulation stress relief mental rejuvenation. Its perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike who are looking to unwind and reconnect with themselves.
Dress Code
Wear any comfortable clothing that will help you relax on the hammocks. Socks are optional.
We have a changing room on site (no showers).
Other things to keep in mind
You can eat atleast 2 hours before the session. We have filtered water at the studio. please feel free to bring your own water bottle.

Walk up one more floor to reach the Studio.
Parking is available outside the building or in the lane next to the building.
Before you arrive :
Please arrive 10 minutes early as the session will strictly commence at the mentioned timing. To ensure a smooth experience we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
