Enjoy the healing and therapeutic effects of a sound bath journey in the comfort of a hammock, feeling cradled and nurtured throughout your sound bath.If you prefer to lie on the floor wrapped up in your blanket there are traditional floor spaces available also.
I use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes to induce a meditative somatic experience for you to experience.
Sound bath meditation is used to help relax both mind and body, it can aid your own meditation practice and reduce anxiety and stress.
It will allow you to enter into a deep state of relaxation helping both the mind and body to restore balance and return to equilibrium.
This is a 1 hour sound bath - please arrive 15 minutes before to settle in the sound bath starts prompt at 1.30pm
The studio is located in the health club NOT the spa. It is Studio 4.
Go through to reception, it is past the sports hall and up the stairs.
Please arrive 15 minutes before to get settled.
This sound bath isn't suitable during pregnancy, serious heart conditions or epileptics.
Head to studio 4 in the health club.
Bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort if you wish, wear soft clothing and so we can look after the hammocks please no sharp items of jewellery.
