Join Laura for a Guided Floating Full Moon Meditation and Sound Soak on Saturday, March 15th at 5:00PM. Full Moons are a time of shedding and releasing. Allowing what is no longer serving us to be illuminated by the light of the Full Moon so that we may offer it up to be released. We will be working with our aerial yoga hammocks allowing participants the chance to feel the weightlessness of floating in the air, feeling the vibrations of sound from every direction.Space is very limited and pre-registration is required.
