Suspended gently in a silk hammock beneath the energy of the Full Moon, allow the powerful vibrations of the Gong to guide you into a deeply immersive state of release, stillness and surrender.
As resonant waves move through the body, mental chatter begins to fade and the nervous system softens into deep relaxation. Supported by atmospheric layers of Chimes, Ocean Rain Disc, Drum, Sound Tube and more, the soundscape becomes a floating journey that feels both grounding and expansive.
The Full Moon is often a time of heightened emotions, energy and inner movement.
This session invites you to stop resisting, stop overthinking, and simply allow yourself to be carried by sound.
