Resting gently in the AirCradle™ — a freestanding floating hammock designed to cocoon the body in comfort and support — allow the soothing vibrations of Alchemy Crystal Bowls to melt tension, quiet the mind, and guide you back into your heart space.
As shimmering crystalline tones fill the space, emotional heaviness slowly softens. Supported by gentle instruments such as Chimes, Ocean Rain Disc, Drum, Sound Tube and more, the soundscape becomes a comforting space to let go, breathe deeper, and simply receive.

What to Bring & Know
• Wear comfortable clothing (avoid zips/sharp accessories)
• Bring an eye pillow, light blanket or jacket for comfort & hygiene
• Arrive at least 20 minutes early — no late entry
• If unwell, please rest at home
• Minimum 5 pax to run
Note: If you have hip or knee concerns that may make it uncomfortable to bend low to get into or out of the AirCradle™, please let us know as early as possible (at least 4 hours before the session), and we will be happy to arrange an alternative setup on a Cloud Lounger™ (air-cushioned recliner) or yoga mat for your comfort.
