SOUND BATH ETIQUETTE:
🔹 This is a quiet and distraction-free experience.
🔹 Please remain silent during the sound bath.
🔹 No phone use, talking, or texting once the session begins.
🔹 Please do not perform yoga poses or stretches during the sound portion.
🔹 Understand that this is a public class – occasional snoring or natural sounds may occur.
