Floating Bliss is a one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory sound bath experience designed to elevate your body, mind, and spirit through vibration, stillness, and suspension. Nestled in soft, supportive hammocks, you’ll be gently cradled above the ground while bathed in therapeutic sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and more.
What to Expect:
This 60-minute journey is divided into three relaxing phases:
1. Grounding & Breathwork (10 minutes)We begin with gentle breathwork and a short guided meditation to help you release tension and become present. The hammock acts as your cocoon, supporting you into full-body relaxation.Instruments: Koshi chimes, rainstick, subtle rattlesAromatherapy mist (lavender or sage) may be used
2. Immersive Sound Journey (40 minutes)Let go completely as you drift into a dreamlike state. A carefully curated soundscape moves through your energy centers, balancing and clearing with:
- Crystal singing bowls
- Ocean drum, Tibetan bowls, and gongs
- Crystal harp and chimes
- Gentle vocal toningSoft ambient lighting or visuals may enhance the experience
3. Integration & Return (10 minutes)We gently bring you back with grounding tones and stillness. You’ll reconnect with your breath and body, feeling rested, realigned, and recharged.Optional grounding touch may be offered
