Floating Beauty: Women and the Art of Ukiyo-e, Sept. 21, 2024 – Jan. 12, 2025. This exhibition examines historical perspectives on women and their depiction in art from Edo Period Japan (1615 – 1858). Organized and drawn from the collection of the Reading (PA) Public Museum, this exhibition features over 50 woodblock prints, including works by ukiyo-e masters.
