What:Weekly meetups for rucking, exercise, and teambuilding drills with the club.

When:
We start at 630 sharp, aim to be there prior. If running late contact us or try to find us, we stay within the area the first few minutes.

Length:
630 start, ending between 8 to 830. If you need to leave earlier than that just let us know.

Distance:
1.5 to 5 miles, usually 2-3. Anything beyond 3 miles leaves little time for anything else.

Fitness Level:
Long as you can walk a few miles and give some exercises a try, and medical professionals say you're healthy enough for exercise, should be fine. We will try to push you out of your comfort zone, but there is no need for you to do anything beyond what you're willing to try.

Details:
Every week is different, and we will change it up at times. But generally we start with either a short, close in ruck and/or light exercise to warm up. Following this will be either exercise, rucking, and/or teambuilding phases.
We will stay within about 1.25 miles of the meet point at all times, rucking circles around the town center. So at no point should we be more than a half hour away. We can't say our exact end time because folks ruck at different paces. But we're generally good at making it around 8ish.
There is often a post event social. This is entirely optional. Many folks would love to join but have kids to feed and early mornings to prep for, we get this. If able it's fun, if not no worries.

Required Gear:
We'll guide you onto recommended gear. But to start you just need:
-Athletic Attire that matches the season
-Closed toed shoes or boots you can walk a few miles in.
Beyond that we'll have you covered.

Also Suggested:
-Backpack/Rucksack
-Water
-Weight you're comfortable carrying
-Work Gloves (Mechanix, nothing too fancy)
-Headlamp w/ Red Light Feature
-Recovery Kit left in car (towel, maybe a dry shirt. Be prepared to be soaked by water or sweat...)
-Tough Case for Phone, Keys
