As the seasons shift, take time to turn inward and reconnect. This 75-minute immersive experience blends the stillness of supported aerial rest with a gently energizing soundscape designed to nurture emotional release, intuitive clarity, and nervous system reset.
You’ll be guided through breathwork and suspended stillness—floating in an aerial yoga hammock or resting on the floor—as layered sounds (crystal bowls, chimes, drum, and more) move through and around you. The sound journey mirrors the reflective, rising energy of early autumn: a time for renewal, vision, and subtle awakening.
