About this Event
Siblings Martina and Josef are not only highly accomplished athletes but also respected trainers, leading self-defense and martial arts courses both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Their programs cater to all age groups, from children to adults. Through various charitable initiatives, they focus on supporting disadvantaged communities, including individuals with visual impairments and victims of bullying.
They will host a 90-minute workshop focused on practical self-defense techniques, such as defending against punches, grabs, hair-pulling, and holds.
The workshop is open to all participants aged 15–65 and will be conducted in both Czech and English.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable sportswear and shoes.
