Floating Into Stillness Workshop – with Neil
Join us for a unique restorative journey that blends the gentle support of aerial silks with mindful movement and meditation. This workshop is designed to help you fully let go, encouraging deep rest and inner calm.
Throughout the 90 minutes, Neil will guide you through a series of supported postures, breath practices, and moments of stillness, allowing your body to soften, your mind to quieten, and your energy to rebalance.
