Attire: Come prepared in bathers or comfortable clothing—keep in mind, you might get wet! Bring a towel and an open heart for relaxation. (aim is for you not to fall in)
Comfort: Bring a blanket and pillow for comfort, plastic bag for wet things if you do get a little wet
Welcome Ritual: Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a refreshing blue lotus elixir, designed to deepen your connection and elevate your senses.

Sound Journey: Drift into a one-hour soundscape created by our talented facilitators. Ella’s captivating voice and Ahnita’s mastery of traditional instruments—including gongs, sound bowls, rain sticks, and more—will guide you into a state of profound tranquility and inner peace.
