Join us for a Float Equinox Soundbath on September 20th @ Bridgewater Swim Academy as we welcome in Autumn/Fall for 2025!This space is very sacred. It is set back in an office park amongst privacy and beautiful trees.
The water is salt water and set at a nice warm temp.
The pool is 4 ft deep.
You do not have to get into the water unless you want to. Many people come in yoga clothes or pajamas and roll onto their raft.
The sounds are magnificent with the acoustics in the space, and we have multiple sound guides that provide music to bring your system back into alignment.
Since we are welcoming in the first day of fall, we will have candles surrounding the pool.
We also have a lifeguard who watches over the entire thing.
There are only 20 tickets available so get yours very soon!
We ask if you have not filled out paperwork with us to arrive by 6:45 to fill out paperwork and get settled in.
Please consider bringing:
* Water
* Small pillow
* Eye Mask
* Towel or small scarf, or blanket to cover up with
* a friend
* open mind
