This hour-long combination class features individualized instruction with a focus on gender-specific skill growth. Classes include equipment unique for girls and boys, focusing on natural skill progressions to build strength and endurance. This event has been created specific to the home-school community to create a safe space to move, groove and connect. We hope to explore options to create this as an ongoing event! Ages 5 -12.
