Shaun Tutor became interested in real estate in 2020. He has a home improvement company, Tutor Transformations, and investing companies, where he focuses on flipping and BRRRRing real estate with his brother. They flip about 10 houses a year, and do unit turnovers and home renovations throughout the year for customers as well. Shaun and his wife, Sam, have a podcast called “Tutors of Life” where they research life, so you don’t have to.
Shaun loves business, real estate, and investing, which are the main topics he discusses on his podcast. He built his first company in 2017 and sold it in November of 2021 to focus on real estate full time. Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog, Mimi, and taking cruises around the city to find the next best deal.
