Flex your muscles win prizes and flip off chronic kidney disease! Competitors of all fitness levels are invited to compete in 4 competitions as the audience enjoys a catered spread, drinks and the opportunity to place a wager on who they think will be the “Top Dog” champion. At the end of the night everyone is welcome to join competitors with a group tow-truck pull!
This event is designed for Manitobans of any fitness level. Ultimately the goal is to have fun and raise awareness!
How to Attend
- Sign up as a competitor! Register yourself and invite your friends to donate to your page as you prepare for the event.
- Be a spectator! Tickets are sold by full (8 seats) or half (4 seats) tables.

Kidney disease is a lifechanging disease that has no cure – yet. By maintaining good overall health you can reduce your chances of developing chronic kidney disease (CKD). Funds raised at Flip Off CKD help The Kidney Foundation provide free resources that help Manitobans reduce their risk of kidney disease.
